The KUHN i-BIO+ is a very unique baler that contains an integrated wrapper, two operations in one machine. The i-BIO+ is highly compact and extremely light only weighing 3700kg. With its low weight and excellent maneuverability, the KUHN i-BIO+ offers outstanding performance in hilly conditions and in small wet fields with narrow gaps.
The i-BIO+ features our unique TWIN-reel film binding and INTELLIWRAP systems. The TWIN-reel film binding system maximises your silage quality and offers you additional cost saving advantages, recycling opportunities and ease of operation and storage. INTELLIWRAP offers greater management and control of the number of layers applied by continuously monitoring the wrapping process.
The baler contains KUHN’s INTEGRAL ROTOR TECHNOLOGY for optimal pick up producing a firm hard bale. The i-BIO can be purchased with OPTICUT-14 or OPTICUT-23 knife system. Dropfloor & Rotor disengagement makes it easier for users allowing the floor and knives to be hydraulically lowered from the tractor cab in the case of a blockage.
