The KUHN FBP 3135 is a fixed chamber baler-wrapper combination. Two technologies are combined to create the FBP 3135. The baler is the standard FB3135 chamber baler with an OPTICUT INTEGRAL ROTOR merged and at the back is a high end wrapper with an innovative wrapping system. KUHN has been a pioneer in wrapping and baling technology. This results in a broad offer of revolutionary and unique systems: INTELLIWRAP, 3D Wrapping and film binding. The FBP 3135 offers high quality bales at lower costs. Film consumption is reduced by 30% thanks to the KUHN TWIN-REEL film binding system. Film is the perfect bale seal for bale conservation, maximising silage quality, easy film removal & recycling and improved storage characteristics. 3D wrapping is one of the main features on the FBP 3135 wrapper. 3D wrapping is an intelligent & innovative way of wrapping the bale where it needs it most which is the shoulders. It then distributes the film more uniformly & evenly around the bale. This leads to a better bale retaining shape during storage period. The FBP can be controlled using ISOBUS compatible. Users have a choice of CCI 800 or CCI 1200 both high quality controls, user friendly and has wide range of options to run your baler the way you want it to be ran.
