The conditioner contains DIGIDRY Steel Fingers which has the ability to tackle all sorts of conditions including the strong Irish crop.

Massey Ferguson 6S and DM 265 Mower

The Massey Ferguson DM 265 disc mower is quickly growing as a very popular mower. Its well known for its outstanding quality, precise cutting and exceptional ground following across the most difficult terrain. By having an excellent ground following allows for a cleaner cut avoiding soil contamination of the crop. Its cutter bar requires very little maintenance and when it does its quick and simple to do. This ensures a long working life and low operating costs for owners.

The KUHN FBP 3135 fixed chamber BalePack is designed to endure the heaviest crop conditions.  Its straight pick-up tines help release the crop and reduce crop wrapping. The camless-shaped crop result in a more aggressive and efficient pick-up. A cam track pulls the tines straight down in the rearward position to avoid wrapping, making this the only hybrid pick-up on the market today. Its INTEGRAL ROTOR Technology has a maintenance-free intake system which gives an enormous throughput capacity at all times. The short distance between the rotor and pick-up tines maintains consistent crop flow.

The quality of bale produced is top of it class and its there to be seen. A consistently filled bale means less air in the bale resulting in better forage quality. This is achieved by excellent wrapping and binding. KUHNs film binding system is the only baler on the market that used two 750mm stretch film wrap as its binding system. The film rolls at 70% pre stretch meaning there is more strength in the film pushing air out of the bale.

The INTELLIWRAP system is a standard on all FBPs. The user can determine exactly the right number of layers the bale needs depending on the crop. This can help save costs and improve feed quality. 3D wrapping is optional for FBP models depending on the spec you want to buy. This wrapping system can wrap around the shoulders of the bale. This ensures the film is stretched more tightly around the bale, prevent air pockets, vulnerable areas are well covered and bale is shape is better maintained.
