Working alongside the Service Manager to control all aspects of the workshop’s administration (e.g. mechanics’ time management, job card administration, credit control, warranty claims) to ensure a high level of customer service as well as an efficient and profitable workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job card administration to include the timely and accurate allocation of mechanics time - Monitor mechanic’s timesheets (all hours paid for are accounted for)
- Accurate invoicing of jobs on completion and managing credit thereafter
- Agco Reporting requirements re Connect, Warranty Reimbursement, Serving logging etc.
- Management of all manufacturers’ warranty and recall/campaign processes
- Provide cover for Workshop Service Manager if required from time to time
- Monthly workshop analysis to include WIP reporting, department profitability and productivity measures
- Arranging and maintenance of all service training and records
- Supporting the Service Manager with other ad hoc duties as required
