Trailers
Redrock have been building trailers for over twenty years and the quality and specification of each trailer, large or small is yet to be rivalled. Strength in design, such as a 10" chassis, 2½" bogie pins and ten stud axles in the larger Redrock trailers, mean they can operate continually in the toughest conditions. Quality in design is applied to all aspects of the Redrock trailer such as the off centre bogie, four ram braking system and the unique sprung drawbar all of which make the Redrock trailer the smoothest trailer to tow behind a tractor. All Redrock trailers come as standard with full road lights, hydraulic brakes
and adjustable, automatic rear door latches. Silage sides are secured with
tapered pins making build up quick and simple. Sprung Drawbar The unique Redrock Sprung Drawbar design eliminates shock loads being transferred from the trailer drawbar to the tractor pick up hitch therefore giving a smooth ride with reduced wear to both tractor and trailer. Specifications The larger model Redrock trailers come as standard with mud flaps, rear tow point and access ladder fitted to the front of the trailer. On some models the top 12" of the grain sides can be lowered to facilitate various root crop harvesters. Hydraulic Cylinders
The efficient design of the Redrock trailer chassis enables the heaviest loads to be tipped with the minimum of effort. This is achieved using two large high quality hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders incorporate three stages to give the trailer maximum tipping height. The glands between each stage of the cylinder are PTFE lined to ensure a long trouble free life. Tyres Choosing the right tyres for your Redrock trailer is an important decision. Redrock have an excellent range of radial and cross-ply tyres and are able to offer advice if required.
