Rauch MDS 65, MDS 85

MDS 65, MDS 85 combine excellent MDS spreading technology with a small hopper (140 cm) of 600 litre and 800 litre volumes respectively.

MDS 65 and MDS 85 are small distributors with the large technology. They offer an unusual control comfort apart from maximum precision in the spreading technology.

MDS 55, MDS 65 and MDS 85 range incorporating boundary spreading equipment already fulfils all criteria of the European EN 13739-1 standards.

The calibration equipment is included on the implement and ensures simple but reliable monitoring of metering rates. With the quick purging the fertiliser can be purged and reused.

Highest spreading precision from a machine with many parts manufactured from stainless steel with special surface treatment ensures that the spreader retains its value and achieves many years of reliable service.

MDS 55 / 65 / 85

Standard equipment

  • One pair of stainless steel spreading discs for working widths from 10 to 18 m in normal spreading, late top dressing and border spreading modes
  • Slow rotating agitator (180 rpm, while discs revolve at 980 rpm)
  • Service-free oil bath gearbox
  • Hopper floor, discs, disc vanes, outlet slides, and disc shroud, all manufactured from V2A nickel/chrome stainless steel
  • Tool-free QD spreading discs, allowing easy calibration and hopper purging
  • Cat. II (Cat. III possible) attachment in two height positions
  • Walterscheid PTO shaft
